Most of us are quite aware that change is inevitable, but that does not make it any easier for us to deal with. As you navigate through change, whether personal or professional, I encourage you to look at it as an opportunity for learning and growth. Saying that change is a part of life may not make it easier for you to deal with, however, if you can view it from a different perspective, it may help you to work though the change and come out thriving.
